Medical Services and Treatment

Integrative Soulutions provides ketamine-assisted therapy and related mental health services. Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and are subject to medical guidelines and regulations.

• Treatment requires a comprehensive medical evaluation and ongoing monitoring
• Not all patients are candidates for ketamine therapy
• Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• Patients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history and information
• Follow all treatment protocols and safety guidelines
• Attend all scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Pay for services according to our payment policies
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other patients and proprietary treatment methods
• Arrange for transportation following ketamine treatments as required

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees. We reserve the right to discontinue services for patients who repeatedly miss appointments without adequate notice.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and authorized payment plans
• Insurance coverage varies and is the responsibility of the patient to verify
• Outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures

Confidentiality and Privacy

Risks and Limitations

Ketamine therapy, like all medical treatments, carries certain risks and limitations:

• Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dissociation, and temporary changes in perception
• Treatment may not be effective for all conditions or patients
• Long-term effects of repeated ketamine use are still being studied
• Patients must be monitored during and after treatment sessions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrative Soulutions and its healthcare providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable medical malpractice laws.

Emergency Situations

Our services are not intended for emergency mental health situations. In case of a psychiatric emergency, please contact 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to discontinue services if:

• Treatment is no longer clinically appropriate
• Patient safety concerns arise
• Payment obligations are not met
• Terms of service are violated

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
